Data We Process

QN Book App is a business ERP application. Depending on how your company uses the system, it may process business and account data including user name, email address, mobile number, employee records, attendance, payroll-related entries, client/vendor/project information, invoices, inventory, uploaded documents, audit logs and support communication.

How Data Is Used

• To authenticate users and manage ERP accounts.
• To operate business workflows such as HR, attendance, billing, inventory, project and compliance management.
• To send OTP, password reset and account-related emails.
• To maintain audit logs, backups, security and operational reliability.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. Data may be processed through infrastructure and service providers required to run the ERP, such as hosting, database, backup and email delivery providers. Access is limited to operational requirements.

Security

The ERP uses authenticated access, HTTPS for the production web app, audit logs and administrative controls. Users must keep their login details confidential and use the system only for authorised business purposes.

Storage And Retention

Business data is retained as required for operational, legal, tax, audit and compliance needs. Administrators may export, correct or deactivate records according to company policy and applicable law.

Android App

The Android app is a secure WebView shell for https://qornez.com/. It requires internet access to connect to the ERP server. The current Android app requests only internet/network access permissions.
